I'm Argentine-born, Texas-based, and I started out as an electromechanical engineer before falling for software. That builder's itch never left. Today I work with executive teams to take products from 0 to 1, modernize legacy workflows with AI and agentic automation, and bring clarity where there's ambiguity. I care about products that earn their keep, and about the people who use them.

Taking products from 0 to 1. Modernizing old workflows with AI. Finding clarity when nobody quite knows what the problem is yet. Here's how I go about it.
Problem Framing
The most expensive mistake in product is solving the wrong problem. Before anyone writes code, I make sure we agree on the problem, how we'll measure success, and who needs to be on board.
Product Sense
User need, business model, technical constraint, market timing. I try to see the whole board, and I've shipped from whiteboard to production across gaming, healthcare, legal, and enterprise SaaS.
AI That Ships
Anyone can build a demo. I turn AI into things people rely on every day: company-wide internal tools, intelligent workflows, and 0→1 products running in production.
Agentic Automation
Prompts are just the start. I design systems where agents own workflows end to end, so legacy processes get genuinely better instead of just wearing a new coat of paint.
Design Thinking
Every product decision starts with the human behind the problem. I run discovery with empathy and structure, and I keep digging until symptoms give way to root causes.

I'm comfortable at the C-level table. I've partnered with CEOs, CTOs, and CIOs to make product a strategic lever rather than a delivery function.

Built a company-wide AI internal tool from zero to production. My job was listening to teams across departments and turning their problems into one product they'd actually use.

Worked shoulder to shoulder with the C-suite on a scalable legal-tech platform. We unified acquired systems, sped up decisions, and grew the company's enterprise value significantly.
SECO | Southeast Consolidators
Designed the digital and physical product roadmap for a full company transformation, cutting operating costs and clearing the runway for faster growth.
Aetna / CVS Health
Redesigned Aetna's mobile app for international members. New flows for signing up and getting things done, which showed up quickly in adoption and app store ratings.
Vetsource
Ran end-to-end product development for nationwide veterinary home delivery, deepening client relationships and growing revenue along the way.
Risk Strategies / Academic HealthPlans
Led the SHIS software build that automated key processes and unlocked exponential growth. I owned budget, team, and the client relationship throughout.
